"Vermont Births, Marriage, Deaths 1700-2008 record the birth on 12 April 1806 in Norwich, Windsor, VT of Benjamin Franklin Whipple [previously a disconnected Whipple in the Whipple database], son of Jacob Whipple {4083} and his wife Rhoda {4098}. Because of this good, original record, he and Franklin Whipple {9681} are the same person and can be merged with the confirmed 1806 date of birth.
